This will be the 10th time I've participated in Gameblast. You can read about my previous events here.
This year GameBlast25 takes place over the weekend of 21st-23rd February 2023.

Who are Special Effect?
We’re transforming the lives of people with physical challenges right across the world through the innovative use of technology. At the core of this mission is our work to optimise inclusion, enjoyment and quality of life by helping people control video games to the best of their abilities for as long as they need us. Our team of occupational therapists and gaming specialists in the UK create bespoke control setups for hundreds of individuals each year, while our R&D team use what we learn in the field to develop freely-available resources and solutions to help level the playing field for gamers with physical challenges all over the world.

What is GameBlast?
GameBlast25, the UK’s biggest annual charity gaming marathon weekend, is the event specifically for gamers, to help gamers, via the gamer’s charity. That makes it the best excuse to game EVER!!
Why does GameBlast Matter?
The money you raise will be helping gamers with disabilities find out what they want to play, and exactly what they need to play it. Everyone’s abilities are different so we’ll match, modify or create custom gaming setup loans, and offer lifelong support to cover changing abilities and gaming ambitions. And all at no charge
GameBlast wants you!
GameBlast is open to anyone who wants participate.
Any kind of game will do. If speed runs, table top games, or virtual pub quizzes are your thing, then welcome aboard!
GameBlast participants typically challenge themselves to complete some gaming objective over a 24 hour period and ideally this is streamed.
This doesn't have to be a single 24 hour event, it can be broken up in any way you see fit.
Challenges do not need to be related to video games, In fact anything you do to raise money will do.
If gaming isn't your thing, feel free to do anything you want to raise money.

Our Challenge
The Indiana Jones Charity Globetrot was completed with the Return of The Indiana Jones Charity Globetrot in 2023 but our brave heroes are back! Back for one last daring foray into adventure.
Join us for 'The Final Return of the Indiana Jones Charity Globetrot' as our heroes will venture into one last escapade to remember.
The entire event will be streamed over 2 12-hour sessions.
Session 1 will be 1000-2200 on Saturday 22nd February 2023.
Session 2 will be 1000-2200 on Sunday 23rd February 2023.
You'll be able to watch on my Twitch Stream.
